Review prescriptions, dispense medications & other pharmaceuticals. Counsel patients on medication, dosage, and safe medication practices; Perform patient medication therapy management; Assist customers with questions regarding prescriptions, health & general wellbeing; Maintain records such as pharmacy files and patient files, complying with all mandatory record-keeping guidelines; Collaborate with health care professionals to plan, monitor, review and evaluate efficacy of medications.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree; a Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Certification/License; 12 months experience as a pharmacist.
